Planning Board chairman dismisses anti-business charge

Belfast: Rumors that Walgreen's had backed away from a plan to locate a new store in Belfast are unfounded, according to Planning Board Chairman Roger Pickering, who addressed the City Council Nov. 4 to challenge claims that the board has been anti-business.
